Private label sourcing

Find a production partner for your own brand.

Start with the product and the customer

A private label project needs more than a logo. PizziTrade helps businesses explore producers and suppliers whose capabilities may fit their own-brand product. Tell us what you want to sell, who it is for and which market you plan to enter. We can then discuss the production and commercial requirements that should guide the search.

Private label, white label or custom production?

An existing product supplied under your branding can have different requirements from a product developed to a new specification. Explain whether you want a ready-made formulation or design, changes to an existing product, or a custom manufacturing discussion. We help clarify which options a potential producer offers; availability varies by product and supplier.

Minimum order quantities and packaging

Minimum order quantities can apply separately to the product, printed labels and packaging. Share both your first order and expected repeat volumes. It is also useful to explain pack sizes, artwork readiness, packaging materials and whether more than one product variant is planned. These details help make supplier discussions more specific.

Samples, documentation and launch timing

Your brief should identify any sample requirements, target launch date and documents needed for the intended market. A sample does not by itself confirm that every production batch will meet the specification. Testing, approvals, ownership of artwork or tooling, and production responsibilities should be agreed before placing an order.

Do I need a complete specification?

No. Share the details you have, including a reference product, intended use and budget range. We can discuss the unanswered questions before deciding the next step. We do not promise a universal minimum order, fixed lead time or suitability for every category.

How PizziTrade supports the conversation

We research potentially relevant suppliers, help explore the fit and facilitate commercial introductions. The engagement, compensation and responsibilities are agreed separately. Begin with the buyer enquiry form and describe your private label project.
