Your enquiry.
Your information.
This notice explains how Vito Alberto Pizzitola, operating under the PizziTrade name, handles information supplied through this website. Correspondence address: 1702 Legacy Point, 4 Victoria Road, London W3 6FH, United Kingdom. Contact: vito@pizzitrade.co.uk.
What we collect and why
We receive the business contact details and sourcing or supplier information you choose to provide. We use them to respond, assess your enquiry, research relevant opportunities and manage our correspondence. Required fields allow us to identify your business, understand the request and reply; optional fields help us assess the fit. Providing information is voluntary, but we cannot respond without contact details.
For business enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interests in answering requests and developing relevant commercial relationships. Where you personally request steps towards a contract, processing may instead be necessary for those steps. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Who handles the information
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Forms are processed by FormSubmit (Devro LABS) and delivered to our Google Workspace email. FormSubmit may present a Google reCAPTCHA check. These providers may process technical data, including IP addresses, to operate their services and prevent abuse.
See FormSubmit privacy information, Cloudflare privacy information, OpenAI privacy information and Google privacy information. Service providers can operate internationally. Contact us before submitting if you require a particular data location or transfer arrangement.
We may discuss your requirements with potential commercial counterparties as needed to explore your request. We will discuss disclosure of identifiable or confidential business materials with you before sharing those materials. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, identity documents or confidential files through this form.
Optional meeting bookings
After submitting an enquiry, you can choose to book an introductory meeting through Google Calendar. Google collects the booking details you provide, such as your name and email address, and sends a calendar invitation with Google Meet details. We use this information to arrange and prepare for your meeting. Booking is optional and opens a Google-hosted page governed by Google’s privacy information.
How long we keep information
We retain enquiry correspondence while it is needed to respond, assess an opportunity or manage an ongoing relationship. We review inactive correspondence and remove information that is no longer needed, except where records must be retained for legal obligations or claims.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict its use, or receive portable data where the applicable law provides that right. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing, by emailing us. Rights may be subject to lawful exceptions. You can complain to your local data protection authority, including the Italian Garante or the UK ICO.
Cookies and automated decisions
We have not added advertising or analytics trackers to this website. Hosting and form-security providers may use technical cookies or similar measures. When you submit, you leave this website for FormSubmit and any security check it presents. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects through this website.
