Your sourcing requirement

Plan a sourcing enquiry for your business in Malta

A useful sourcing brief starts with how your business will use the product. For a buyer in Malta, a compact first order, the space available at the delivery address and the possibility of repeat purchases can be as important as the unit price. PizziTrade reviews requirements and explores possible supplier introductions where the enquiry is feasible.

Requests worth describing precisely

Examples might include refillable hospitality accessories, protective packaging for a small retailer, or replacement furniture fittings. These are illustrations of enquiries, not a list of available products. Include dimensions, materials, finish and any sample you would need to approve. Separate essential specifications from preferences, and state whether different colours or sizes may share one initial order.

Make the delivery address usable

Specify the receiving island, locality and postcode, alongside any restrictions on vehicle access or unloading. Explain whether you need cartons that staff can carry or pallets that your premises can receive. Malta uses the euro; state the budget currency explicitly and distinguish the product allowance from any transport allowance. Identify who would coordinate onward delivery if required.

Choose an achievable first step

Send a concise description, an initial quantity with its unit, and a realistic date when the goods would be needed. If storage is limited, explain the maximum batch you can accept and the expected replenishment pattern. PizziTrade can assess the brief before discussing research; supplier suitability, samples, terms and transport arrangements would still require confirmation.

Frequently asked questions

Can I ask about a small trial order?

Yes. Describe the quantity you can test and what would count as a successful trial. Include the possible repeat quantity separately. A small enquiry can be reviewed, but minimum order sizes and sample availability depend on the suppliers considered.

Does submitting an enquiry reserve stock?

No. The form describes a requirement for review. PizziTrade is researching possible options and introductions, so availability, prices and delivery dates are not confirmed by submission. Any proposed supplier relationship would need its own checks and agreed commercial terms.
