Your sourcing requirement

Build a supplier enquiry for your business in Ireland

For a buyer in Ireland, a workable supplier option needs to fit both the product brief and the delivery plan. PizziTrade helps turn your requirement into a focused sourcing enquiry. Start with what you intend to buy, the first realistic order and the destination, so that potential suppliers can be assessed against practical needs.

Describe the use, not just the category

A café group might need a consistent coffee specification; a retailer could be exploring a new ambient food range; a brand may want to discuss a contract packing project. Explain the intended sales channel and what is missing from your present supply. These examples illustrate enquiries we can review, without implying verified supplier availability.

Clarify the route and the final delivery point

Irish government guidance distinguishes direct routes to continental Europe from movements through Great Britain. Tell us whether you have an established transport provider or preferred route, and give the final delivery address rather than only a port. State receiving hours, pallet capacity and any temperature requirements so logistics questions can be raised early.

Separate a trial from a repeat order

Specify a trial quantity your business can actually receive, followed by a realistic estimate for repeat purchases. For food and drink, add the remaining shelf life required at delivery. A budget in euros, a target start date and an identified decision maker give us a clearer basis for reviewing feasibility and discussing the next step.

Frequently asked questions

Can you compare a new source with my existing product?

Describe the characteristics you want to match and those you are willing to change. A non-confidential specification is more useful than a brand name alone. Any comparison of quality, price or availability must be confirmed with the potential supplier.

Must I know the transport route already?

No. An exact destination and your receiving requirements are enough to begin the discussion. Say that the route is undecided, so transport options and responsibilities can be clarified before an offer is treated as a delivered cost.
